Scott speaks with Juli Briskman about her journey from a morning bike ride with an unexpected interlocution by the President that led her eventually into an elected office. Supervisor-elect Briskman will be sworn in to represent the Algonkian District in Loudon County, Virginia where the Trump National Golf course is situated after flipping the bird at President Trump while he drove back to the White House from a golf outing.
